Sugar, wheat and dairy free chocolate and banana flapjacks
Three fresh bananas mashed
Dried bananas chopped (half a pack)
Cocoa (table spoon)
Pear and apple spread (table spoon)
Honey (table spoon)
Oats until it's slacked up and thick.
Squish it in to a backing tray.
10 minutes medium heat.
